Delivery

We offer free standard shipping within Sydney for all orders over $99.

  • $12.95 (Local Delivery)

All orders are delivered via a registered Courier company or directly through Daddy Donuts. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the order will be left in a safe spot. Unfortunately, we do not have control over third-party courier companies, thus if there is a delay from their end, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your order.

Please note that during busy promotional and sale periods some order dispatches may be delayed due to the additional volume. If this is the case, you may allow an additional business day to process your order.

* We must have an accurate and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact number.

An incorrect address, change of address with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subjective to additional delivery costs.

RETURNS

It is important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase, however due to safety regulations regarding food and safety practices following COVID-19, all orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We will only accept cancellations if you contact us prior to an order being processed. This decision is subjective to the Daddy Donuts team.

If an order is sent out incorrectly or damaged during transit, please take a photo, and send it to our team either via email (hello@daddydonuts.com.au) or website contact form.

Once we receive the photo, our team will contact you to find the best possible resolution.
